Position: Five * Hotel - Restaurant Manager
Salary offered: R17 500.00
Lanzerac looking for an attention to detail, customer driven, vibrant and
energetic Restaurant Manager to join our team
The restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant's
revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant
operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and
customer-service standards.
Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining
attention to detail; ability to multi-task. Must have good supervisory skills.
Must have good communication and ability to promote sales. Must be skilled in
time management. Must have teaching and motivational skills.
