Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor with fine dining experience to join our team.

Job Description:
The restaurant supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guest.
Your duties will include:

• Supervising and coordinating the front –of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses and bartenders.
• Ensuring that all guest receive high-quality service and resolving any customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Assisting in the staff training and development to maintain high standards of service.
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for suppliers as needed.
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
