Description

As the restaurant supervisor, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that every guest is treated to an extraordinary dining experience. You will lead by example, supervising and guiding the front-of-house staff to uphold our standards of excellence and hospitality.

Your duties will include:

•Lead and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed guests expectations.
•Oversee daily operations, including managing reservations, seating arrangements, and coordinating food and beverage service.
•Train, mentor and develop staff members to uphold service standards and enhance their skills.
•Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency to ensure that each dish meets our exacting standards.
•Manage inventory levels, control costs, and optimize efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards.
•Handle guests inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
•Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for continues improvement and growth.

Requirements:

•Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong leadership and team management abilities.
•Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
•Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
•Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
