become available for a Field Consultant based in Port Elizabeth.

 

 

 

Job Spec Below:

 

 

 

Diagnose Hardware and Software problems

 

 

 

Provide client with Desktop, Peripheral and Point of Sales Support within SLA

 

 

 

Repair and upgrade hardware and software

 

 

 

Physically setting up computers and installing various software

 

 

 

Maintaining clients POS and Back-office systems

 

 

 

Troubleshooting and resolving network related issues

 

 

 

Physically replacing hardware components on a computer

 

 

 

Sending daily reports and feedback to Manager /  Team Leader

 

 

 

Time keeping, documentation and reporting is of utmost importance.

 

 

 

Ensure that all customer queries are addressed within the Service Level

Agreement (SLA) stipulated time frame.

 

 

 

Should be able to work with a Team and without supervision

 

 

 

Maintain customer relationships

 

 

 

Must be Punctual

 

 

 

Candidate should have strong communication skills

 

 

 

Be able to assist with remote support

 

 

 

Must have a valid Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

 

Must always be contactable on phone
