Description

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their energy
needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include preparing
proposals and following up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales
Consultant will also play a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships
and ensuring a high level of customer service.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field NB!

Strong understanding of energy-efficient technologies, including LED lighting, solar
PV systems, and smart metering systems

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships

Proficiency in conducting site audits and developing project proposals

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed

Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing,
networking, and other business development activities

Effectively present the company's products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition

Conduct thorough lighting and solar audits of client sites to assess energy needs and potential savings

Develop and submit compelling project proposals tailored to individual client requirements

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions

Meet and exceed sales targets as defined by the company.

Independently troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues, including technical challenges, logistical hurdles, and customer concerns

Serve as a point of contact for clients, service providers, and internal teams to facilitate communication and problem-solving

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction

Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance
project efficiency and effectiveness.
