Retail Sales Experience will be a plus

• Previous sales or customer support experience is a bonus, but candidates with a strong sales personality and attitude will be considered.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• High level of product knowledge and a willingness to continually learn.

• Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment and multitask.

Responsibilities:

Greet and guide walk-in customers in our showroom, providing tailored product recommendations based on their needs.

Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries across multiple channels, upholding exceptional customer service standards.

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers in their purchase decisions and to help explain the benefits and features of our products.

Collaborate with other team members and the marketing team to enhance the sales aspect of the business.
