Sales Manager (Skills Development)
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in edtech, SaaS, or energy-related sectors.
Skills:

Strong understanding of or interest in the energy industry (especially renewables, utilities, electrification, or energy access)

Experience managing outbound sales pipelines, with a proven ability to open and close deals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to engage everyone from junior engineers to senior executives

Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re proactive, adaptable, and comfortable building things from scratch

CRM fluency (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
