Well-established leader in packaging manufacturing seeks a Sales Manager to take responsibility for the sales management function in the Western Cape.

For the position you would be required to have:

Degree in Marketing or Sales Management preferable
At least 5 years’ managerial experience in a sales/marketing role within a packaging or production environment
Proven ability to manage a sales team
Advanced Excel skills to generate various reports
Responsibilities would include you to:

Build & promote solid customer relationships
Identify new Sales opportunities and expand the Customer base
Exceed Growth & Sales targets by successfully managing the Sales team
Effective and efficient information reporting to enable strategic decision making
Responsible for Financial Sales parameters e.g. stock, debtors & sales budgets
Ensure Sales team Training & Development needs are met
