Job Overview:

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving company growth in assigned markets.

This role involves market research, developing strategies to enter new markets, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct research to identify potential markets, analyze trends, and develop market entry strategies.

Business Development:
Set and achieve annual sales targets, develop and execute sales plans, and expand the customer base.

Client Relationship Management:
Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Attend meetings and negotiations.

Collaboration:
Work with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer service) to align efforts and achieve business goals.

Product Demonstrations:
Showcase product features and benefits to potential clients.

Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate terms with clients and ensure compliance with company policies.

Reporting:
Maintain sales activity records, customer pipeline status, and prepare regular sales reports.
