Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Roodepoort. The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their post-sale needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing expert advice tailored to each individual's requirements. The role involves managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, coordinating aftersales services, and maintaining service records to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Customer Service, with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service

Strong Communication capabilities to effectively interact with customers and internal teams

Comprehensive knowledge of Aftersales processes and practices

Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or automotive fields are beneficial
