Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Agent located in Cape Town. The Site Agent will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction sites, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications and experience:
• ND Building/ or Btech in Construction management
• 7 + Years Proven experience in construction and on a site
• Construction Management, Project Management, and Site Supervision skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with construction software and tools
• Health and Safety certifications are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
