About the Role:

We are seeking two dedicated and versatile Site Managers to join our team and oversee the operations of our rural fuel stations. If you have a background in restaurant or food service management, your skills will translate perfectly to this role—especially since we have takeaway services on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the fuel station, including the takeaway section.

Utilize Excel for reporting, scheduling, and inventory management.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Oversee stock control and maintain adequate inventory levels.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Lead and motivate a team, leveraging your hospitality experience to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in restaurant or food service management.

Basic proficiency in Excel is required.

A valid driver’s license.

Experience in retail or fuel station environments is a plus, but not mandatory—we provide training.

Strong understanding of stock management and a good grasp of HSE practices.
