EvTrack (www.evtrack.com) is expanding our team and we're looking for a mid-level Software Programmer to join us in Cape Town. This is a hybrid role offering a mix of in-office and remote work.
You'll work on our visitor and access management platform used across the Middle East and South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop backend features using Java (Spring Boot)
Build and maintain native Android apps using Android Studio
Integrate third-party systems via REST APIs and webhooks
Assist with testing, debugging, and production support
Collaborate with the tech team to improve our platform
Minimum Requirements:
Production experience with Java and Spring Boot
Strong understanding of native Android development
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, JWT
Database experience with MariaDB / MySQL
Proficient using Github, Linux, and Docker
