We are looking for a Stock Room Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

Matric

Experience supervising 3–5 store assistants

Able to do basic calculations

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise store staff and control access to the store

Manage incoming and outgoing stock (stock control)

Receive stock and apply FIFO stock rotation

Organise daily movement of packaged stock into the control freezer for bug prevention

Ensure only counted and signed-off stock is stored

Record freezer dates, remove stock after 7 days, move to Big Store for drying and re-counting

Maintain accurate stock records and pallet tags

Ensure strict adherence to Bug Control SOPs

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene

Daily cleaning and bi-weekly deep cleaning of the storeroom

Pick and issue stock according to daily picking lists

Stage picked stock correctly and move to QC daily

Ensure spraying is done three times a week and store is locked thereafter
