A small home based preschool in Loerie Park, George is looking to hire a Teacher starting on 1 September 2025. The school is open Monday to Thursday from 07h30 to 12h30.

The candidate will need to be a warm, loving, confident person.

She will be expected to create a learning experience to stimulate and grow individual talents and get children ready for formal schooling.

Candidate will need:

• to motivate, inspire and challenge each student.

• to develop and maintain constructive and ongoing partnerships with colleagues and parents.

They will be accountable for the following specific areas of performance:

• Academic Delivery

• Academic Assessment & Reporting

• Student Behaviour Management

• School Brand Ambassadorship

• Administration

• Health & Safety

Qualifications & Experience:

• a post matric certificate (NQF level 5) in ECD as a minimum or an undergraduate degree (NQF level 6) in ECD or B. Education (Foundation Phase)

• A police clearance is required

• 2+ years Teaching Experience managing a class of 7 children or more on their own.

• First Aid

• A proven track record of managing professional relationships with maturity.

• Demonstrated evidence of the ability to think critically and problem solve appropriately
