Palomino Training Solutions is seeking an experienced freelance training facilitator
based in Gauteng to deliver engaging, high-quality training to adult
learners across various industries.

About the role

You will facilitate adhoc interactive training sessions (in-person and/or online),
ensure learning outcomes are achieved and represent our brand professionally at
client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training using approved course material

• Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment

• Adapt delivery to suit different learning styles

• Manage assessments, attendance and learner documentation

• Communicate effectively with Palomino Training Solutions

Requirements

• 3-5 years plus proven experience in adult learning facilitation

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently

• Reliable transport and willingness to travel within Gauteng

• Own laptop
