As a valet parking attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth parking experience for our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival.

- Park and retrieve vehicles swiftly and safely, following established procedures.

- Maintain an organized and efficient parking area, ensuring all vehicles are properly parked and secured.

- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, providing guests with necessary receipts.

- Assist guests with their belongings and provide helpful information about the facility or nearby attractions.

- Keep track of keys and maintain proper documentation for each vehicle parked.

- Maintain knowledge of the surrounding area, including dining, entertainment, and hotel services, to assist guests as needed.

- Cooperate with team members and other staff to ensure effective communication and quick response times.

- Adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations to ensure the safety of both guests and vehicles.

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Possess a valid South African driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide a remarkable experience to guests.

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing duties.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.

- Physically fit, as this role requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift heavy bags or items when assisting guests.
