Bigstruqtive Holding is seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Kempton Park.
We’re looking for someone who can lead with confidence, ensure efficiency, and maintain high standards of workmanship across all workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily workshop operations
• Supervise staff and ensure productivity and safety standards are met
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and workflow scheduling
• Manage stock control, tools, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure quality control and timely job completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or Supervisor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Technical or mechanical background (advantageous)
