Key Responsibilities:
Handling client queries and correspondence.
Assisting with verification file preparation and documentation.
Managing records, filing, and administrative support to analysts.
Coordinating with clients to collect required information.
General office administration duties.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in B-BBEE, accounting, or compliance environments will be an advantage.
