Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Administrator’s Assistant to join our team.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience (preferably in the electrical or construction industry).

Valid driver’s license – essential.

Strong computer literacy (MS Office, email, Sage, document management).

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and support a busy office environment.

Tender preparation experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day administrative and office support functions.

Handle filing, correspondence, and document control.

Support management with scheduling, reporting, and coordination.

Assist with tender documentation and submissions when required.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
