We at ValueCo Bayside are looking for a leader to join our team. Someone with real leadership skills that will be able to set an example for the staff and manage stores day to day activities.
Requirements:
Matric/Equivalent
1+ years supervisor/management experience
Must be willing to work shifts
Reside in the surrounding area
Able to work well under pressure
Till operating experience
Basic admin knowledge
Excel and Word knowledge
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting store manager in day-day operation of store
Management and recruiting of staff
Ordering of stock
Housekeeping of store
Till operating when needed
Basic store admin
Till cash ups when needed
Customer Service
These are some of the tasks that are required to be done on a daily basis.
Remuneration: Market related
