We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and experienced individual to manage
our outside braai stand on a casual basis. If you have a passion for braaing, a
great sense of humour, and love interacting with customers, this role might be
for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and operate our outside braai stand
Prepare and cook meat on the braai to the highest standard
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at the braai stand
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any queries they may have
about the menu
Handle orders efficiently and ensure that all food is served promptly and correctly
Maintain stock levels and report when supplies are running low
Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to

Requirements:

Fluency in Afrikaans (spoken and written)

Proven experience with braaing (an absolute must!)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers
Friendly and outgoing personality with a strong customer focus
Must reside close to or in the Durbanville area
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays
