The ideal candidate must have +- 3 years working experience, works well within a team and resides in the Stellenbosch area.

Retail hours

Must know all cuts of meat

Deboning of all fresh meat

Weighing op carcasses

Trimming, sorting, bagging of meat

Ensuring cold room are clean and neat

Stock rotation (FIFO)
