Casual Smash Burger Grillers (Easter Weekend)

We are looking for experienced casual grillers who specialize in Smash Burgers to join our team for a pop-up food establishment over the Easter Weekend (±4 days).

Location: Durban Central / Musgrave / Morningside

Requirements:

Proven experience making smash burgers
Must understand proper smash burger technique and grill management
Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
Must maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
Must understand and respect the concept of Halal food preparation as this is a Muslim establishment pop-up store
Must be reliable, punctual and professional
Must reside in Durban Central, Musgrave, or Morningside area
