A Field Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales by meeting customers in person, building relationships, and promoting products or services directly in the field. This role involves traveling to different locations, identifying potential clients, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers (door-to-door, events, or assigned territories)
Present and demonstrate products or services to clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Collect customer feedback and market insights
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Report daily/weekly sales performance to management
Stay updated on product knowledge and competitors
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in sales, especially field or direct sales, is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in approaching and engaging customers
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Willingness to travel frequently
