Previous receptionist or admin experience (preferred)
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, emails, invoicing)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Schedule bookings and manage workshop appointments
Handle invoices, quotations, and payments
Maintain accurate customer records
Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
