We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our HR department with daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes

Prepare contracts and HR documentation

Support payroll with accurate employee data

Handle employee queries and ensure policy compliance

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in HR or related field

2 years or previous admin or HR experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office

High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
