About the Role

As our Content & Social Media Manager, you'll be the creative voice behind Silver Oaks Dental Clinic's digital presence. You'll plan, create, and publish content that educates, entertains, and builds trust with both existing and prospective patients. This is a part-time, flexible position — perfect for a skilled freelancer, content creator, or digital media professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the clinic's presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar, publish posts, stories, reels, and videos consistently, monitor engagement and respond on-brand, and provide regular analytics reports with actionable insights. Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content at the clinic, edit short-form video including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts, design graphics and promotional assets, write engaging captions and copy, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with clinic goals, identify trends and audience insights, collaborate with leadership on campaigns, and support website and email marketing where required.

What We're Looking For

2–4 years' experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube including algorithms and analytics
Confident with photo and video capture; DSLR or mirrorless camera experience a plus
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Canva or similar; ability to use AI efficiently and create workable prompts
Excellent written communication skills — you know how to write a caption that converts
A natural storyteller with an eye for authentic, relatable content
Comfortable in a professional healthcare environment
Self-managed, deadline-driven, and highly reliable
