Cold Kitchen Chef (Garde Manger)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present a variety of cold dishes including salads, starters, platters, and canapés

Ensure consistent quality, taste, and visual appeal of all dishes

Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times

Assist in menu development and seasonal specials

Manage stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

Proven experience in a cold kitchen or similar role

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Creativity and passion for food presentation

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good organizational and time-management skills

Team player with a positive attitude
