Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Security Supervisor with a valid Grade A certification to oversee security operations in Rustenburg.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring site safety, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage security officers on site
Ensure all security procedures and company policies are followed
Conduct regular patrols and site inspections
Handle incidents, investigations, and report writing
Liaise with clients and management professionally
Ensure proper shift scheduling and staff discipline
Maintain accurate occurrence book (OB) records

Minimum Requirements:

Valid PSIRA Grade A certificate (essential)
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent report writing and incident management skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
Clear criminal record
Reliable transport (advantageous)
