Description
We are a growing staffing and labour outsourcing company looking for a motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to help us secure new business clients.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for sourcing and securing companies that require staffing solutions (temporary workers, permanent placements, or outsourced labour services).
Your main focus is building relationships with HR managers, operations managers, and business owners.
This is a fully remote position – work from anywhere.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and contact potential business clients (B2B sales)
Pitch our staffing / labour outsourcing services
Set up meetings with decision-makers
Build and maintain a client pipeline
Follow up consistently to close deals
Report weekly progress on leads and conversions
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in cold calling, WhatsApp, and email outreach
Sales or business development experience (preferred but not required)
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
COMPENSATION (COMMISSION ONLY)
This is a 100% commission-based role with high earning potential.
You will earn:
15% commission of first month revenue per client secured
Commission is paid only after client payment is received
Minimum qualifying client value: R5,000+ monthly spend
BONUS STRUCTURE
R2,000 – R5,000 bonus for clients that stay active for 3+ months
