Night Shift Manager – Piping Factory (Brackenfell)

We are seeking a strong, hands-on Night Shift Manager to join our team at a busy piping manufacturing facility based in Brackenfell.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage large volumes of staff during night shift operations
Ensure productivity targets and production deadlines are met
Maintain discipline and effectively manage workforce behaviour on the floor
Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and overall staff performance
Enforce company policies and procedures consistently
Address misconduct and take appropriate corrective action when required
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
Report on shift performance, incidents, and production output

Minimum Requirements:

Proven management experience (non-negotiable)
Strong staff management and leadership skills
Ability to confidently manage, control, and discipline staff when necessary
Not easily intimidated; able to handle high-pressure environments
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to be hands-on and actively involved on the factory floor

Advantageous:

Experience in a manufacturing or piping/plastics environment
Knowledge of health and safety practices
Experience working night shifts
Basic understanding of production processes and targets
