We are seeking a friendly, customer-service-driven hospitality professional to join our beachfront hotel team. This role is suited to a reliable, hands-on individual who understands the demands of the hospitality industry and takes pride in excellent service.

Key Requirements:

Good literacy skills

Experience with:

Semper reservations system (or similar)

Email bookings and correspondence

Online reservation systems

Computer literate

Fluent in:

English

Afrikaans

Xhosa

Own reliable transport

Must reside close to the beachfront

3–5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
(essential)

Only hospitality professionals will be considered

Minimum of 3 contactable and verifiable references
(essential)

Key Responsibilities:

Managing guest reservations and enquiries

Handling email and online bookings

Assisting at reception and with daily hotel operations

Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Assisting with kitchen and restaurant duties when required
