Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to manage day-to-day financial transactions and records. You will play a critical role in supporting the financial health of the organization by maintaining accurate documentation, processing invoices, and assisting with monthly reports.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Management: Create and update spreadsheets for daily transactions and manage accounts receivable and payable.
Invoicing & Payments: Process sales invoices, review reimbursements, and ensure all authorizations are obtained before loading payments on banking systems.
Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including income statements and budgets.
Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Compliance: Ensure all financial activities follow company policies and national regulations (e.g., [PFMA/Treasury Regulations] if applicable).
Database Maintenance: Update internal financial databases and maintain a meticulous digital and physical filing system.
Requirements & Skills
Education: A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (NQF Level 6 preferred).
Experience: Minimum [2–3] years of experience in a financial administration or bookkeeping role.
