Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

Driving daily and monthly sales targets

Delivering exceptional customer service

Promoting products through in-store and digital channels (e.g., TikTok, WhatsApp

Maintaining accurate sales records and issuing receipts for all transactions

Supporting stock management and merchandising

Representing the La Mode SA brand with professionalism

Key Requirements

Proven sales ability (retail experience is an advantage)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
High level of honesty, discipline, and accountability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Comfortable working weekends and public holidays
Passion for fashion and customer engagement

Working Hours
7 days a week (shift-based) 08:00 – 17:50
30-minute lunch break
1 day off during the week

Compensation

Base Salary: R4,000 per month during probation and R5,300 after for successful candidates.

Incentive & Commission:
Daily Performance Incentives:
- R50/day for sales above R7,500
- R75/day for sales above R10,000
- R100/day for sales above R15,000

Performance Expectations
- Minimum monthly sales target: R250,000
- Strong focus on exceeding targets and driving store growth
