Position Overview:

We are seeking a vibrant and self-motivated Sales and Recruitment Manager to lead our call center team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teamwork, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales agents, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.

Proficient in computer applications and reporting tools.
