Corruseal Western Cape is currently seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to be Responsible
for ensuring correct entry of all orders, management of stock holding
clients, and communicate changes of said order entry to the relevant
people within the company as well as the clients
Duties & Responsibilities
Timeous Processing of orders received
Timeous response to customer queries
Delivery Schedule corelated and distributed to customers twice a day
Re-instatements through the Re-make process
Ensuring Trials and Frist off procedures are followed
Escalation of any Red Tickets to CSC Lead
Raising of CRM’s
Ensuring continuous stock Management
Purchase order Management
Stock Box stock Management
E-mailing customers weekly on Stock balance report
Ensuring maintenance of mailboxes in line with requirements
Ensure business unit goals and targets are reached
Desired Experience & Qualification
Good Communications skills on all levels
Planning and Organising
Attention to detail
Strong Administration
2 years experience in Customer Services
Matric with maths
Relevant Tertiary Qualification
