A well-established advertising website company based in Midrand is seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Handling customer queries and providing excellent customer support
Managing and updating company websites
Assisting with website administration and online listings
Responding to emails, calls, and online enquiries
Maintaining accurate customer records and administrative data
Supporting daily office and website operations

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (completed and passed) or higher qualification
Must reside in Midrand
Previous customer service and administration experience (minimum 1 year)
Good communication and computer skills
Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary

Starting around R9,500/month, negotiable
