Part time management Position is required.

If you have experience in the hospitality sector and looking for part time work, then this position of for you.

We are looking for a friendly outgoing person who is not shy to be around people, Talk to guests, create videos and adverts for marketing. You need a strong confident voice for that also and the creative bug for Marketing ideas.

The job is for Saturdays from 8am to 3pm, we do occasionally go away, so you would have to do relief management from time to time. salary will be discussed in interview,

On Saturdays our B&B has a small garden restaurant open to public, we are not very busy, but it would be your responsivity to manage customers, waiter and serve and cook the meals. Help in the kitchen is available sometimes, but as we not busy you need to learn the menu. So you need to have people skills and cooking skills.

We have a flower nursery so customers will ask you questions on what plants we have, this you will need to learn and have a interest in.

Also all B&B management requirements will be your responsibility, this includes,
Rooms checks
check in guests
check out guests
Knightsbridge booking system - we can teach you, but you need to have computer skills
Guest relations

Marketing skills is very important, not just posting online, you need to know Capcut, and other marketing tools to create videos and posters. we also expect you to post on socials at least 3 times a week.

Event organizing - once every 2 months, it will be your job to organize and do an event at the B&B. we looking for someone who has fresh ideas, who can take the ropes on this and run with it, Events can be a lot of fun, and we only do max 30 people, so easy to manage.
