Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews and employment of security personnel

Oversee and manage a team of Supervisors and Bodyguards

Create and manage staff rosters and deployment schedules

Supervise daily operations and ensure proper handover procedures for swift and smooth transitions

Serve as Assistant to the Director, supporting executive operations and strategic planning

Requirements:

Proven experience in security operations management

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work under pressure and manage high-level security teams
