WDL Construction (PTY) Ltd is looking for a young energetic site manager/foreman

Must be hands on and have, solid construction experience and knowledge.

It is imperative that the successful individual can work independently and manage a small team of workers on various
sites

Must be trustworthy with sober habits

Must have own reliable transport.

Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

Project Execution: Interpret technical drawings to maintain compliance with build specifications and building regulations.
Site Operations: Coordinate daily activities, track key milestones, and mitigate delays.
Resource Management: Manage on-site logistics, including the ordering of materials, and ensure efficient labor allocation.
Quality & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations (e.g., OHSACT compliance) while conducting regular inspections.
Minimum requirements
Experience: 3 to 8 years of practical construction experience.
Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Construction Management is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with past experience and contactable references
Skills Required: Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, reporting, communication and a solid understanding of contracts.
