Role Overview

We require 2 physically capable general labourers to support borehole truck operations. The role is hands-on, field-based, and requires strong physical endurance and a safety-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with borehole drilling operations on site
Handle heavy physical labour, including lifting and moving equipment and casings
Work with basic hand tools (spanners, clamps, fittings, and general site tools)
Assist operators during setup, drilling, and breakdown of equipment
Support loading and offloading of materials and equipment
Maintain cleanliness and order of work area and equipment
Follow site safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in demanding conditions
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
Not afraid of hard work or physically intensive tasks
Basic mechanical aptitude (able to use a spanner and general tools)
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work long hours when required
Team player with a strong work ethic
Advantageous (Not Required)

Previous experience in drilling, construction, or fieldwork

Familiarity with water systems or borehole operations
