Description
A vacancy exists for a Intellegent Automation: Process Controller, based at Life Healthcare Head Office in Dunkeld, reporting to the Intelligence Automation: Operations Manager. The successful candidate will run and monitor processes promoted to Production, to support the Business optimally by monitoring the software robot control room. To make changes on demand to ensure that the software robots perform and build.
Critical Outputs
Intelligent Automation – Process Controller
Manages the deployment of approved robotic code into the production environment.
Maintains the daily administration of the automation software production environment (scheduling processes, monitoring resources, etc.)
Manages and investigates level 1 RPA exceptions (infrastructure and process exceptions).
Escalates level 2 business exceptions to appropriate business unit or Line manager/s
Resolves level 1 RPA exceptions.
Aptitude for problem solving.
Experience in a production support capacity.
Understanding of formal change control and defect management disciplines.
Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to schedule processes, monitor resources and log defects.
Intelligent Automation – Process Controller
Analyzes and resolves automation software issues where required.
Supports business process owners during user acceptance testing.
Supports investigation and remediation of production level issues.
Supports production deployments processes and performance testing.
Requirements
Relevant Degree in DEV/OPS or styding towards – Advantageous
3-5 years of Supporting the Business in Processes and Systems
Certification in RPA Blueprism software.
Experience leading standard change control disciplines.
Project Management.
Possesses strong communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
Knowledge of business process re-engineering.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience providing production level support.
Willingness to work after hours.
Knowledge of Healthcare Enviroment and Business Processes will be an advantage.
Awareness of standard SDLC process.
Ability to blend business analysis with technical skillset to develop efficient processes.
ITIL Certification – Advantageous.
Blue Prism Controll Room and Debugging Experience.
Basic C# Knowledge - Advantageous
