Description

The Role

Drive corporate revenue by pitching accredited Occupational Health & Safety
(OHS) training solutions directly to business decision-makers (HR, Safety
Officers, and Managers) from our Gqeberha office.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily outbound B2B sales calls to secure corporate training deals.

Identify compliance gaps and recommend tailored health and safety courses.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold call to closing.

Meet monthly commercial targets to maximize commission.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of active telesales or B2B sales experience.

Recognized qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial field.

Strong professional telephone etiquette and sharp negotiation skills.

Target-driven mindset with proven ability to overcome corporate objections.
