Description

DC MEAT Wholesalers is seeking two experienced and motivated forklift drivers to join our dry goods and cold store departments.

Minimum requirements:

Valid forklift license;
Previous forklift driving experience in a warehouse, distribution, or cold store environment.
Experience with stock control and stock taking;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Good attention to detail and accuracy;
Reliable, punctuality, responsible and hardworking.

Responsibility:

Receive and check stock delivered by suppliers;
Control stock movements between departments;
Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently;
Load and offload trucks safely;
Allocate stock to the correct shelving locations;
Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock takes;
Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management;
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times;
Ensure company procedures and safety standards are followed;
