An established and growing financial services organisation is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive leadership team. This pivotal role requires a strong leader who will drive financial strategy, ensure sound governance, and support sustainable business growth.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent professional qualification.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior financial management roles, with at least 5 years at executive level.

Proven track record in financial services, lending, or related industries will be advantageous.

Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk management, and governance frameworks.

Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
