Are you a hands-on IT Support Technician with a passion for solving technical challenges and providing excellent service? A growing tech-driven company is looking for a Support Technician to join their Cape Town team. This is a permanent, office-based role with occasional travel for on-site client support.

At least 1โ2 yearsโ experience in an IT support or technical field
Solid understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking
Strong communication skills โ able to explain technical solutions in simple terms
Valid driverโs license and willingness to travel
Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities
Able to work standby shifts when required
