Key Responsibilities

Conduct B-BBEE verification assessments for EME, QSE, and Generic entities.
Review and analyse financial statements, payroll records, procurement data, and supporting evidence.
Perform onsite and remote verification interviews.
Prepare verification files and working papers in accordance with SANAS requirements and company procedures.
Compile verification reports and scorecard calculations.
Liaise professionally with clients regarding verification requirements and findings.
Ensure compliance with applicable B-BBEE Codes, Sector Codes, SANAS requirements, and internal quality management systems.

Minimum Requirements

Relevant qualification in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in B-BBEE verification, consulting, auditing, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for onsite verifications.
Advantageous
Previous experience with a SANAS-accredited verification agency.
Knowledge of Sector Codes.
Experience conducting onsite verification interviews.
Understanding of financial statement analysis and payroll reviews.
