Description

DC MEAT Wholesalers is seeking two experienced and motivated forklift drivers to join our dry goods and cold store departments.

Must reside in Paarl or surrounding area.

Minimum requirements:

* Valid forklift license;
* Previous forklift driving experience in a warehouse, distribution, or cold store environment.
* Experience with stock control and stock taking;
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
* Good attention to detail and accuracy;
* Reliable, punctual, responsible and hardworking.

Responsibility:

* Receive and check stock delivered by suppliers;
* Control stock movements between departments;
* Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently;
* Load and offload trucks safely;
* Allocate stock to the correct shelving locations;
* Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock takes;
* Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management;
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times;
* Ensure company procedures and safety standards are followed;
