Duties and Responsibilities

Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently in accordance with company and safety regulations.

Load, unload, move, and stack pallets in designated storage locations.

Retrieve stock from high-level racking for order picking and dispatch.

Perform daily equipment inspections and report defects or maintenance requirements.

Ensure stock is handled carefully to prevent damage.

Assist with stock counts and inventory control activities.

Accurately record stock movements using warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners.

Follow warehouse procedures, safety standards, and housekeeping requirements.

Support receiving, storage, and dispatch operations as required.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12

Valid Reach Truck Operator License/Certificate.

1-3 years of experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.

Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
